There are two ways to get the Windows 10 SDK. You can install it from Microsoft Windows site. I would recommend downloading Windows 10 SDK ISO. You can start the download link, Also, you can by select this version of the Windows 10 SDK in the Visual Studio installer optional components. The Windows 10 SDK is installed as part of the Desktop development with C workload. A standalone version is available at Downloads and tools for Windows 10. Open the shortcut menu for the project node, and choose Retarget SDK Version. Today, we released a new Windows 10 Preview Build of the SDK to be used in conjunction with Windows 10 Insider Preview (Build 18975 or greater). The Preview SDK Build 18975 contains bug fixes and under development changes to the API surface area. The Preview SDK can be downloaded from developer.

Note: The Windows Performance Toolkit (WPT better known as WPRUI/WPR/Xperf) that ships with Windows 10 ADK/SDK is not compatible with Windows 7 SP1 or Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1. The stack (module!function) will show up as ???!???. Use the Windows 8.1 ADK/SDK instead.
